Mike, Really enjoyed hearing your killer sax playing at Buttons with Dave Milsap on New Years Day. It was truly a pleasure to sit in with y'all that night for a few tunes (drums). We sat and talked about Blondie Chaplin, etc. I play in a 7 piece band (includes trumpet & sax) which primarily plays dance R&B and rock/blues from the 60's and 70's. We play the DFW area for the most part and do mostly private parties. Am hoping you might be available for some gigs with us, as our sax player has decided to leave the band. I know you're probably too busy to accept a fulltime position with us, but we aren't playing more than 2-3 shows a month and thought you might be interested in picking a few (or all) of those gigs up. The band has been around since 1981 and is well known (The Party Crashers). www.thepartycrashers.com Let me know what you think. Thanks again, Mike!!!!

Mike, It was great meeting you and playing the blues with you this evening. I needed that. Next time, I will have my harps with me. You and your wife are welcome in my studio any time. Here's to the world becoming a more peaceful place.
